Meet Randy Richmond, Owner of MaxCare RV Service and RVIA/RVDA Certified Technician. Randy has always been very hands-on working with tools, and loves the challenge of technical repairs. Randy has been in the maintenance and mechanical fields for more than 25 years. He attended the Recreational Vehicle Service Academy (R.V.S.A) in Palmetto, FL, where he earned RV Certification from the academy. He continuously takes refresher courses to stay current on the ever-changing technology in today’s RV’s. Randy has also obtained his “Certified RV Technician” designation from the RV Industry/Dealer Association – Strict requirements must be met in order to obtain this nationally recognized certification, and he is proud to be among those having gone the extra mile to earn this designation. When he’s not working on RV’s, Randy’s hobbies include all things outdoors. He and his wife, Laura, enjoy paddling their kayaks in the cool waters of Florida’s many fresh-water springs.

Service Specialties:
We are known for providing quality, mobile service right at your front door. Our custom built Mobile Service Unit has been designed and developed to provide our customers with a full service shop on wheels. Our unit is stocked with many commonly used RV parts, and outfitted with the latest tools and diagnostic equipment to handle most repairs you may need right on site.

Because MaxCare RV Service provides strictly mobile service, there are some services that cannot (or should not) be done in the field. However, we will be more than happy to discuss your options and, if necessary, help you find a vendor for your job at no additional charge.

Labor Rate: Rate is ½ hour minimum which is $47.50 and billed in 15 min increments after that. We will always provide an estimate to you before starting any work.
