My first visit here was in Oct. 2009. I had routine service work performed along with having all belts replaced. I was satisfied with the value, quality and customer service, so I went back. Work requested this time on my '99 Dutch Star on Freightliner chassis: Alignment including ride height setting check, install Super Steer bell crank and air bag motion control units on front & rear, and repair leaking fittings on hydraulic system surge tank. They can also perform other motorhome-specific work and upgrades. This was my second time having work done at Mainline and I cannot believe that the other reviewer is talking about the same shop. I have been VERY satisfied with the work performed here, the timeliness of the work and the reasonable cost. Their customer service is top notch, as well. Case in point: on this visit the Tech found that the left front wheel seal was leaking badly. I had the repair done along with the other items. A few days later another Tech at a different shop who does my routine lube, oil and filter work expressed concern that the new seal might be leaking. I called Robb at Mainline and explained the issue. He assured me that they would do whatever it took to make it right. He had me bring the coach back the next day without an appointment, ran it in and checked it out. It turned out that the new seal was okay. I was in and out in under two hours with no hassle about it whatsoever. They stand behind their work. I would never hesitate to use Mainline and I highly recommend them. In the summer probably half their work is on motorcoaches, so they have to be doing it right. So, to Robb, Brandon and Nick: GOOD JOB and I'll be back.

Alignment, move front tires to the rear, and bring forward 2 rears before doing alignment, re-balance, check on an oil leak, and repair, do a full pm, and inspect for future work. Also had them do a minor replacement of bushings on the front sway bar, which I had some of the parts for. I gave them the company names to get the other parts from. This was my first time there, I usually have my work done at my truck shop, but they don't do alignment work, so after contacting them and making an appointment, I dropped the unit off on a Monday night for the work to begin on Tuesday, after 3 days I called and asked what was the progress, and they said the tires were done, balanced, and they were awaiting parts. I called again on Monday, he said all would be done Tuesday. I called Tuesday, he told me the front wheel seals were leaking, I told him to replace them. He said OK, I was called that afternoon to come and get it. I picked it up at closing time, after they were gone, and drove it. The front end now has a shimmy, the oil leak was not done, the sway bar was removed because they couldn't figure out how to get the right parts, they didn't balance the tires properly, and they never replaced the front oil seals on the drums. I took the unit into a tire place, had them dismount the tires to check on the balance powder, none in the left front tire, and a very little amount in the rear. The oil caps were filthy indicating they never removed the caps or drums to do the oil seals. My air compressor was loose at the engine, oil leak, which means they never even looked at it. When I called and challenged them, they argued and told me I was crazy, that they did the work, I told the service guy to get in his car and drive to me, and see it all while it was apart at the tire dealer. Then I asked about the alignment, he said they did it, they never did, the rust on the bolts and other alignment points proved that. He finally admitted they didn't do most of the work, and didn't charge me.....gee how nice of them. Very untrustworthy shop! I wasted a week of time with these guys, and they have now lost all of my future business, of 2 tractor trailers, 3 straight trucks, and pickups, as well as my motor home! THEY LIED, THEY FAILED, END OF THE STORY, THEY GOT CAUGHT! Be sure to read Service Provider Response below
