In August 2006 just as we were leaving for a lengthy trip, our turbo boost sensor went out and we were in lump mode. We called L&S and they said immediately come in, we were 2 exits away from their shop. They accurately diagnosed and replaced the other four faulty sensors that CAT in Green Bay missed. They charged us less $$$ for 4 sensors plus labor than CAT in Green Bay charged for ONE the previous week! (CAT in Green Bay declared we were good to go.) Our second repair we had a leaking fuel line on the road. Turns out it was rusted right through. L&S was nearby. They got us in immediately and replaced line and even painted new line with Rustoleum paint to prevent future rusting. Repair tech even had to reroute a bit on some configuration and made it better than before. Courteous, clean and very capable. Had us back on the road in 2 hours. Our repair bill was less than we expected each time. Both times the repairs were done correctly and we did not have any additional troubles. We went to them twice with on the road emergency. No appointment, just dropped everything to help us out. Both times they directed us immediately into an open bay, took evaluation, got parts, repaired, they even steam cleaned off the engine and got us back on the road in a matter of hours. For a very REASONABLE price each time!
