Awning repair-was NEVER completed even though I paid for it in FULL. Paid for the automatic awning to be repaired. Took it back a number of times, each time there was the excuse of obtaining a defective part from the manufacturer. It never was repaired and then they came up with another excuse that something else was wrong with the coach.

Hydraulic jacks- The jacks were working, but the jack light indicated that the jacks were down when in fact they were up and therefore the alarm would not allow us to drive. We had to unplug the jacks to drive. We were charged almost $400 and Lodi RV failed to repair the jacks after telling us the repair was completed. We drove home, two days later in an attempt to leave on a trip, same problem. They indicated that we should bring our rig to their shop to top off fluid (30 miles) and refused to send someone to do this. After topping off fluid. They wanted to charge more to further diagnose and fix the problem.

Replaced fuel pump on Onan generator. Fuel pump was not in stock and had to be overnight shipped. They got us in the next morning and us on the road early afternoon. The work was expertly done and the cost was fair.
