Lightning Fast RV Service

Well let's start this review by saying I've been waiting over 3 weeks to gets a simple estimate from them on an awning replacement. My first call they told me they would be over with Tues or Wed of the following week for a bid never showed I called got ahold of someone they gave an apology I accepted ko worries things happen I'm human I understand they finally show up they look my awning over take some measurements tell me they would hate to have worked the hour and then not get paid which in turn I didn't except them to do that so I told them I would pay the standard 60.00 dollar service fee no worries and was told I would have my bid in the morning. Ok I was happy with this another week passes a while week mind you so I call the office and at this point not quiet as happy I ask the lovely lady who answers the phone if she happened to know when I might expect to be hearing back from the gentlemen on my bid and am then told they are looking up warranty information on products and still don't have the information they need to compile a bid for me and that they would get back with me when they did. I still to this date don't have the bid I was willing to pay. So not sure if they didn't know how to do the work didn't want to do the work or were just to busy for me but what ever be the case this was the worst experience I have had with a company supposedly trying to repair a damaged name and if this post does not end up on here it will be on the Google review you should very much know whoe your customers are before you allow your receptionist to treat then loke crap and you just blow them off very bad business practice

You can expect professional and prompt service from this company. The techs came prepared and completed our repairs quickly. They deserve a 10-star rating!

Dave at Lightning Fast RV repair did a great job helping us with our electric system on our travel trailer. We are tourists and he was immediately available by telephone and tried to problem solve with us so we could avoid a service call. Unfortunately we still required help so we arranged to return to Benson where he met us. Within 10 minutes he had our electrical system up and running plus we heard a few of Dave's humorous stories. Thank you Dave for renewing a tourists faith in RV repairs on the road!

Being a full timer from out of state I was in a bind when my A/C unit quit working. Dave was on site within 30 minutes of my call and 30 minutes later had it working. It was a factory error that allowed the wire nut to loosen in the control box on the roof. He corrected the problem and made the connections as they should have been done. I would call Dave at Lightning for any repair.

Repair to slideout hydraulic hose keeper and brackets, and lube runners. Excellent service - on time, under budget. Dave and Barbara were cordial, resourceful, reasonable, and they kept in touch so I could plan around their visit to my location. Couldn't be better.

Replaced the controller board in our furnace. We had been having problems off and on with our furnace for about a month very intermittant. Finally we were referred by family to Dave at Lightning Fast. He came within a half hour of our call, found the problem immediately and replaced the controller board on the spot. Both he and his wife were very friendly and did not try to sell us something we did not need. The fix was very inexpensive compared to a new furnace and it has been working great since.
