Replaced the brakes 3 times in 16 months on our Jayco Tent Trailer. The brakes then had to be replaced a 4th time by a different dealer. That dealer commented the source of the problem was not the brakes, that was only a symptom. Work was completed without authorization. Service personnel were not very knowledgeable or professional.

Secure Brake Hose Replace Aluminum Trim Secure And caulk rear cap Replace underbelly lining and insulation Secure Loose under belly lining Brake hose not secured as requested. Aluminum trim replacement was done well. Rear cap was secured but looked like too big a gap had been caulked. Insulation looked OK but underbelly fabric replaced with flimsy tape. Under belly lining was not well secured. I would not go back to this repair center unless I had no choice.

Bad water leak in front end of trailer, dealer found bad wood rot in front corner which would not allow the moldings to seal. The technicians had to remove front aluminum panels and rebuild the front frame and reinstalled the corner moldings with new putty - No more leak. Exceptional! And to top it off it was done the day before a long weekend with no prior notice. The staff at the dealership went out of their way to look after us so we could continue on our trip. Fantastic Service, friendly knowledgeable staff throughout. Really made us feel welcome
