2018 Gulf Stream BT Cruiser I had the following items repaired by Laurelhurst Distributors: replaced Suburban water heater, replaced slideout awning. Both were done very professionally and quickly. They worked with the extended warranty company to get things squared away for reimbursement. Would highly recommend these folks!

Refrigerator malfunction; water pump malfunction; toilet seal replacement. Excellent. No wait for appointment. Technician was prompt in beginning work and managed to repair all three of the items in less than 3 hours. Dometic authorized facility. They took care of the billing. Hassle free. We paid for the water pump control board and labor we were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the bill was for parts and labor. Would definitely take the RV there for service again.

Built A&E awning from scratch with only 24 hrs lead time. Last minute emergency job. Jeremy and crew really saved the day. With only 24 hrs to work with, Jeremy ordered the fabric UPS overnight, then had his crew drop everything and build a complete awning from parts on hand. Jeremy and crew have gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. This type of customer service is almost non-existent anymore. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks guys for a job well done!

AC/Heat pump was noisy. The blower fan assembly needed to be replaces under warranty. Unit was only 2 months old. The service tech was cordial, helpful and was right on time to begin the work. They did not have the parts in stock to complete the repairs. But they ordered the parts and since I was not going to be in town when the order was to be received they found a dealer where I was heading and made arraignments to send them the warranted part and the paper work to facilitate the repairs. The were very apologetic in not being able to complete the repairs but they went out of their way to make sure that a second stop was not more of a burden.
