I have been trying for years to reasonably get my 2022 Travato in at La Mesa for warranty/recall work. They closed the Mesa service location. You can never get thru to anyone or they just make it a busy signal after it rings a number of times. I got thru once only to have them tell me to drop RV off and they would work it in but plan on 2-3 MONTHS. Really. How acceptable is that? Service options in Phoenix are limited and your hands are tied since recalls must be done by authorized dealers. Bottom line: LOVE THE TRAVATO but I will never buy or do any business with La Mesa in Phoenix. They are totally uncaring about customer service. Winnebago is no help either. You would think they would monitor quality of service support by dealers that sell their products. Wrong assumption. The RV industry will do an about face in coming years and these rotten dealers will be begging for business again like it was in years past. Can't wait to see that. In the mean time I sit with 4 recalls and am having hard time getting them in to anyone to rectify. Anyone else having these issues?

Worst service department ever. Ransack and damaged my RV. We took our 2012 Thor Citation sprinter RV that only has 4,000 miles in for warranty work. When we got the RV back LaMesa RV Service people had damaged the handbrake cover, broke off the baby latches that were installed in the drawer under the sofa, left all the outside bins unlocked and left the inverter on (draining the batteries down to nothing) The 12 volt system did not work, which I did not find out until I got it home later. They also somehow tripped a 12 volt panel breaker located under the bed. I had to take a day off work and drive the RV back down to them and It took them half a day to locate the 12 volt breaker to get the 12 volt system working again. I asked our service person for an explanation of the damage and why all these things were done because none of this had anything to do with the warranty work that we took the RV in for service in the first place. I have a bad feeling that someone went through our entire RV. They basically ransack it. They did not have an answer. I kept pressing as to why these things were damage. I asked to speak to the service manager and they said he would call me back. That was a week ago. I haven?t heard anything from them. Horrible customer service and to add insult to injury they kept insisting that they hadn?t done any of the damage. See comments above.
