Right now I’m not to impressed! We were told by Rob our service writer that he would call us Monday and go over our repairs with us. We’ve called several times , left messages can’t seem to get passed the recording. We are going on Tuesday afternoon now with absolutely no response! Could we please hear from some management? I would think your customers would at least deserve a courtesy call!

fluids change, r&r toilet, shades (both under warranty) and bathroom counter top. Work done well, coach washed and vacuumed on inside.

Brakes, Tires, Leveler, Water Pump I purchased the RV from them. In less than 50 miles the door lock fell in my hand, the brakes were bad. The levelers would not work. The wheel bearings were leaking so bad. I took the rig to another company and they found the water pump leaking bad, plus all the above mentioned items. I contacted La Mesa and they told me there was nothing wrong with my rig and they would not fix anything. The other company was making up things to get money out of me. I paid to have the rig checked because La Mesa said there was nothing wrong. I had to fight La Mesa to do anything that was under contract. They blame others and try to get you to go away. I had to fight them for over 8 months to get them to honor the contract. I had to contact Corporate who had the same attitude. I will never purchase or take my RV there again!
