Troubleshoot severe vibration problem when going into passing gear. Replace tail pipe. Install communications antenna. Check broken strap under generator compartment. Very quickly isolated the problem which in the case of the vibration was a (power module) in the engine. Advised me that the broken strap was not a critical problem. All work completed satisfactorily at a discounted hourly rate.

Stopped at dealer to have leaking radiator checked, stayed overnight and service tech found cold water leak following morning. New radiator ordered from factory and installed. Upon completion and during service testing, tech found charged air cooler radiator leaking; part ordered and replaced. All personnel were courteous and accommodating, working with factory, extended warranty and radiator manufacturers. Keystone recently added Western RV Alpine coaches and we are very happy with their service work to date.

We took our new motorhome in to have a glass shower door installed, plus some smaller warranty fixes, such as a non-working accessory plug, etc. Installation work for the shower door was extremely shoddy, including packing material was still in camper, large greasy footprint on folding door at bedroom, small dent in refrigerator, etc. Accessory plug was NOT fixed, although the mechanic argued that it was working when we left - hard to believe because we discovered there is no wiring connecting it to the fuse box. Extremely unsatisfied with service department, although Kelly and Cheryl in the office were very helpful in getting us an Owner's Manual from Ford, and the same from Forest River.

Norcold refrigerator stopped working and showed an error code of noco. Service had a "technician" check the fridge. I was told they needed to order a part for the unit and the estimate for repair would be around $500.00. The part was not in stock and was told they would have to order it. I made an appointment to return to have the unit fixed. I returned to have the refrigerator repaired. I waited for about two hours and was told they had ordered the wrong part and the part to fix it would be difficult to find. I was charged $125.00 for a "diagnostic" check. I took the unit to another RV service center, they repaired the fridge within 30 minutes and was charged only $50.00 for fixing the unit. The refrigerator only had to be reset.
