We need a Utopia faucets manual; the one we received is written only in French. - New manual provided. The heat tape on both of the gray and black water tanks is peeling off. - all re-glued and new "shield paper" installed. The gadget that is supposed to keep the entry door open is broken. - new and much better gadget installed We noticed that the large pull-down cover for the front tent only has a lock on one side. Is that normal? - second lock installed. The frame in front of the left wheel has trapped several wires. - wires pulled out and wire wrapped to prevent recurrence. I can?t open the TV hookup cover on the outside of the trailer. - fixed, works fine now I believe I was told that all Wanderers had a stone guard installed. Our trailer does not have one. Am I misinformed? - our error The Hot Water Heater door closes really HARD. - fixed Fuse number 9 (stereo, TV, Refer) seems to always draw 300 milliamperes or more. Is this normal? - told it was propane and smoke detectors. Normal. Is it OK to walk on the roof for maintenance purposes? With our last trailer we were told never to do it. - OK The Radio is falling out. The manual talks about locks, and little tools to disengage them, but we found neither. - locks installed The Microwave almost fell out. Fortunately we stopped for lunch and saw it before disaster struck. Both bottom screw holes were stripped out. - remounted with larger screws all around The Gray Water dump handle is cracked. - replaced with metal handle We bought the trailer from them. This was the list we made during our shakedown trip. I added comments on what they did. It was all done quickly with no hassle and no attempt to blame me or the factory. "We are sorry, let us fix it, of course at no charge", attitude. Been back once for another minor annoyance that was handled quickly and hassle free. Don't know what will happen after warranty. Only down side to service department is they do not take appointments. Bet they would take travelers fast, but can not prove it. P.S. Felt I was treated very fairly in purchase as well. They answered lots of questions and took all the time we wanted. No high pressure sales, just how can we help attitude.

Electrical and water lines Poor, when I called to complain they told me they would not work on my camper anymore because I didn't purchase it there.
