Ken recently helped me with repairing a furnace from an older camping trailer. He was very thorough in testing the furnace and making sure that all the other components were checked in addition to the failed blower motor. He also was very patient with allowing me to watch the testing and explaining what he was doing. Once the testing was complete, parts were ordered and the furnace was repaired within a few days. And again he was very helpful in explaining to me what I would need to do to reinstall the unit since I had removed it myself.
