        Replaced the battery disconnect solenoid. We had no 12 volt, Kelly came out within two hours of calling him. He diagnosed the problem, went to get the part and installed it. The charge was very reasonable. He also answered any questions we had on other issues and gave advice. Would definitely recommend him. He said he works with service plans but the charge was less than our deductible so we didn't need to do this.

        New front A/C New windshield Re-caulk roof Fix roof leak Repair coach step Repair refrigerator Water heater thermostat Water heater gas valve Repair entrance door locking device All of the work was done on site with the exception of the windshield, Kelly worked well with Good Sam Extended Warranty and The Glass Insurance Company, We were not on site when most of the repairs were completed, he had a set of keys and communicated with us each day, concerning parts, and the repair progress. We are very happy with the work performed.

        The techincian came to my site because my power landing gear was stuck down once arriving in Florida. He quickly concluded that the cause was a bad motor for my Atwood system. We left for about an hour, and returned with the correct motor for my repair. He really knows his stuff; he was finished in half hour. Everything works great and the experience was most importantly QUICK. I don't mind paying good money for quality service.

        I have a Dometic awning on my rig that has been a problem since about 6 months after buying my coach. This awning is different because it is not only a power awning, but it also has a sun shade that drops down electronically also. It malfunctioned completely while we were in the Keys last month, and a repairman there managed to get it closed so we could drive home. I took it apart once back home, and realized that the shop down south had cut out all of the wiring that controls the awning and the shade. I knew then that I was in over my head and ability. I called Kellys RV service because obviously I couldn't drive it to a repair shop partially disassembled and hanging on the coach. He agreed with me that someone had removed too many parts to easily repair it. Instead he installed a new unit that does not have that silly shade that kept giving me problems. I wish someone could have disabled it a year ago before it ruined the rest of the awning. My new WeatherPro works flawlessly. I am very satisfied. Kelly did a good job and he didn't mind coming out after hours when I am available.

        We were vacationing at Melbourne Beach last weekend, and our air conditioning stopped working on a Saturday. I contacted one of the local RV dealerships, and they were going to charge me $150.00 just to come out and look at it. In addition, they told me that I would have to wait until Wednesday before they would have a chance to get to my repair. I flagged down a repair van that I saw in the park, and he told me that my compressor had failed. He quoted me $1025.00 to replace the unit on Monday. I decided to get a second opinion, so I called one of the local mobile repair services listed on Craig's list; I assumed I didn't have anything to lose by getting a second opinion. To my surprise, after I explained my wife's health issues, Kelly was willing to come out on a Saturday after finishing up an activity with his family. In less than an hour, my air conditioning was running fine. Apparently all that was wrong was a capacitor that runs the compressor. I was relieved to pay so little and be able to enjoy the rest of our trip. It is good to know that good, honest people still exist out there. It's Monday, and my coach is still cooling great. He is extremely knowledgeable and a true professional.

        Diagnosed problem with two of three roof mounted A/C units. Diagnosed problem with satellite dish. Work was not completed. We were told parts were ordered, came in broken or wrong parts. We were finally told he would refund all our money as he didn't fix it. As of August 1, 2012, numerous calls were made. He will either not answer the call or gives a different excuse. He ripped us off for over $1,000.00. He has been put off limits to a very popular and large RV Storage Facility in the Melbourne, Florida area, due to similar rip-off and bad review stories. Another reviewer on this site rated this repair service as PREDATORY. Do not use thie repair man.

        Diagnose inverter/charger problem and replace. While traveling the inverter charger stopped working, leaving me without any 12V power or interior 110V power. A rather desperate condition when traveling. Nearby service shops could not even look at problem for several days, but recommended this service which responded the same day called. Work was completed, but repair person lied to me about working with my extended warranty plan. He simply did not talk with them after our joint, first call. As a result, I was unable to collect a large portion of what would have otherwise been collected. I also later found out I was significantly overcharged for the work performed. I WOULD RATE THIS SERVICE AS "PREDATORY".
