Upper A/C not cooling properly First they didn't show up on time then they over recharged my A/C blowing the A/C compressor up so instead of simple refill A/C system and find the leak they blew the compressor up and had to end up calling another company out of Beeville to fix it. I WAS SMELLING SMOKE COMMING FROM AROUND THE RV AND THE POWER WENT OUT IN THE BACK PORTION. I CALLED IN THAT MORNING AT 9AM WITHIN 30 MINUTES THEY ARRIVED. WOW! WHAT FAST RESPONSE. IT SEEMS THERE WAS A SHORT AT THE POWER POLE AT THE PARK AND THE TROUBLE WAS NOT WITH THE RV AT ALL. THE POWER POLE WAS SMOLDERING INSIDE THE BOX. BUT THE DIRECTION OF THE WIND MADE IT SEEM IT WAS COMMING FROM THE RV. WE FOUND THEM QUICK IN OUR EMERGENCEY. VERY FAST AT TROUBLESHOOTING. WE LIKED THEIR FRIENDLY MANNER. WE DIDN'T KNOW THIS AT THE TIME BUT OUR PARK ONLY ALLOWS THIS COMPANY IN THE GATES. AS THE OTHERS IN THE AREA HAVE SUCH A BAD REPUTATION THEY AREN'T ALLOWED IN. HE ONLY CHARGED ME A SERVICE CALL OF $40.00

Had a problem which we thought was due to either a bad inverter or television (Both brand new) but when this mobile RV repairman was working on the unit next to ours and we talked about it. Finally we hit the right clue and the repairman said it sounds like you have a bad converter. Bing bang he put the meter on and sure enough it was bad. He went to his truck pulled out a new unit and the problem was solved. Rate was more than fair seeing he came right to our coach in the RV park. Excellent
