A number of warranty issues: apply missing "G" from our "Si nature Ultralite" decal; repair leak at black tank flush; replace Concertone entertainment center; isolate leak in underlining of trailer. The contractor sent out to do the work (Paul's RV Repair) did the best they could given that Jerry's RV Center in Madison did not even give them the necessary parts to complete the job. Jerry's sent two "Rockwood" logos but not the one we needed. In addition, they did not sent the fitting needed to replace the leaky back-flush. We repeatedly complained about the underlining leak, but Dave at Jerry's told me "nothing under there could leak" (despite the fact that I stood there and watched it leak). I have called Jerry's RV Center at least 50 times about these issues and I have probably received a total of 10 return calls. Another 50-75 emails went out, many also unanswered. Here's the Irony: Len-Rich RV Center (in New York state) did more to solve an issue regarding a problem with our A&E awning than the dealer who sold it to us and said they would service us at our permanent site. Dave at Jerry's actually got mad at us for wanting to replace the A&E
with a manual awning: "It'll leave six holes where each arm was installed-you can't be so picky about how it will look." In a series of messages on RV.Net, Rich from Rich-Len RV actually listened to us and now our issue will soon be solved. When I asked Dave if he had heard of the
solution Rich provided we received a detailed "Yes" in response. We will NEVER purchase another rig from Jerry's Camping Center. If purchase price is your only concern, they have great prices. If you want SERVICE, you'll need to look elsewhere.
