While traveling in Louisiana with our Itasca on a Ford chassis we had problems with the "service engine soon" light came on and the cruise control, speed-o-meter not working and the transmission shifting rough. I found a RV dealer, but they did not work on the chassis, but that they had a Ford dealership about 6 miles away. They called them an made an appointment for Monday AM. When I arrived the Service Adviser, Vannessa, met me in the lot and wrote up a work order and said that she would get someone working on it right away-and she did!! They had the problem fixed and we were on our way in less the 2 1/2 hours. Everyone who works for this company was so friendly and caring. It made us feel so good to have some friendly faces in our time of need, being 1500 miles from home. All the folks who work for Jackie Edgar Ford and RV in Breaux Bridges, LA are just GREAT!!!! If anyone is in the area and has a problem with there Ford chassis I highly recommend this dealership
