No 12 volt power in RV, relay problem. Wires removed bolted together to bypass defective relay. New relay ordered and installed at return service call. Problem was on a Sunday, they came same day, to solve problem, while here also fixed problem recall on Norcold fridge, no charge for the fridge repair. Total bill was much less then I expected for the repairs.

Our hot water heater had leaked and was not functioning on either gas or electric. It required replacement of both the PC board for the gas side and a new heating element for the electric side. Our service call was placed late afternoon and before noon the next day Sherry was there with everything she needed to do the repairs right on-site. They also work with Warranty and Extended Warranty repairs and take care of dealing with the insurance companies. The access to the PC board was very awkward, but she was able to make the change and secure the new board in such a way that we would not experience the same problem again. She handled the administration of our extended warranty and we only paid our deductible. Folks were stopping by to secure her services as she worked on ours. She has an excellent reputation for good service in the South Padre Island RV parks.

While on vacation my converter went out and called Island RV repair. They were there within 20 minutes and took care of my problem within an hour. They had all the required parts in their van. They have reasonable rates and did an excellent job. Would recommend them to everyone. Very knowledgeable.
