Plumbing repair I have been going to Inland Valley RV for several years and have always found them to be very customer service oriented. That has all changed now unfortunately. Their new service manager Oscar is rude and has no idea what the term customer service means. He is condescending and disgruntled. When I tried to explain what my needed repairs were, he seemed angry that I was giving him work to do, instead of helping to keep him employed. I won?t being going back.

Roof repair from hail damage. Rerouting pull handle for sewer. Pete and his crew are remarkable. They did a superior job for us. We have used this company for many years and have always had wonderful service.

Water heater repair. The tech quickly identified my water heater?s PC board as the culprit of my non-operating water heater. I was in and out of the shop in 45 minutes. This was an extended warranty claim repair, which would normally take a lot longer at most shops. I've been using Inland Valley RV Repair for many years now. Pete, the owner has always been very pleasant and accommodating. Very honest guy, never had an issue.
