There was a roof leak, they removed the A/C in order to evaluate, and repaired it above and beyond. They were excellent in communicating with me and doing what they promised. The work was excellent...way above what was expected. They repaired everything better than new.

Re-Inspection, and had 4 out of 4 items repaired and coach checked carefully after Orlando Freightliner. Thank God! They found the air hose disconnected as well as repaired levelers, pump switch, slide out. My contact Ricky in service is top. They were honest and even charged less than the quote. Even though I have a Freightliner, they will certainly be my service center in Orlando. I plan to buy my next coach from them as well.

Engine and transmission oil and filter change; re-caulk entire coach lower half (warranty); repaint entire lower half of coach (warranty); repair minor leak in front cap (warranty); replace battery tray. EXCELLENT. I had pointed out a small area of the caulking which needed repair, they stripped and re-caulked the entire coach. I never requested the paint, they found what they felt was "too thin a coat of paint on the front bumper and grill area" and repainted the entire lower half of the MH under warranty.
