        Came the same day that I called. Was prompt , courteous , knowledgeable, and had a very reasonably price. Would use him again. Repaired RV electrical, slide, and towing lights on tow vehicle. Contacted me the next day to make sure all was well. Great experience.

        Purchased a brand new 23 Jayco Jayflight 334RTS in July. Almost since day 1 the water heater had an E1 code and no hot water. Not really a big deal when it's over 100 outside, but with temps dropping, it was very apparent that no hot water, especially when showering, sucks . Getting out to turn off the control panel and try again (several times) was frustrating. We live in ours full time and taking it to the dealer to sit for weeks and maybe get fixed was not an option. Saw James at the park one day and told him what was going on and he came over as soon as he was done with another customer in the park. Found a ground wire that wasn't grounded correctly. Problem seemed fixed, paid for diagnosis and repair (very reasonable). At 8 pm that night, James texted me to make sure it was still working. All was well, so I told him. 6 am the next morning the E1 started again. I texted him at 8 am, and within hours he let me know that suburban (manufacturer) was replacing unit. 3 days later James is at the RV, takes the broken unit out, replaced it with the working one and boom.. problem fixed. Can't recommend this man enough. He shoots you straight, doesn't try to rip you off, and follows up promptly. Thanks again James.
