Replaced 50 amp power cord. This was an emergency repair service. When we called, their service department notified us that they had a replacement cord, and would try to fit us in when we arrived. The next day when we got there, we only had to wait an hour and they had a tech working on our coach. They had to remove the power reel to install the new cord in to the coupler of the surge protector. They installed the new cord, and re-riveted the reel in place. We were on our way in a little over two hours. Excellent service from a travel trailer dealer. Very accommodating.

Repair broken refrigerator door, fix air conditioner not cooling. Expected to spend entire day, however work was done promptly and completed before lunch.

We bought the RV in for several repairs on our slide including replacement of a portion if the underside, fixing a bend in the corner and an adjustment Overall the techs were professional and did excellent work. Our slide adjustment turned out to be a major ordeal (possibly a structural defect) which the shop worked on for 2 days but could not completely fix. We stayed overnight at their lot and they only charged us labor for the things they fixed (4 hours worth). I thought that was very upfront and honest of them. For that reason alone they're getting top marks from me.

Water heater would not light. We were passing through Grand Junction. Ken had the service department look at the trailer on the spot. Repairs were made in less than an hour. Friendly and professional. The service man spent time with me giving me tips on how to service the water heater. Excellent

Replaced defective equalizer jacks. They worked us into their schedule because we are full-time in our coach and needed to have a jack that was drifting down while driving repaired/replaced. They got us in last Friday for diagnoses and today, 7/2/08 to replace the defective jacks under an extended warranty.
