General warranty work on coach. We are on our 10th RV and have purchased our last 4 motorhomes from Holiday on Wheels and have been very happy. We've been RVing for 25+ years and have had to have repairs done all over the southeast and Holiday on Wheels in Panama City is the best I've ever seen so far. They always try to meet their deadlines and do what they say. That is why we keep doing business there because of their honesty and service. You won't find a more honest dealership.

Fix trim work around bath room door. Fix wardroom hanger, fix leak bed room slide. Fix broken pantry slide. Fix trim work. fix torn carpet. Fix fresh water tank from falling out. Fix fresh water tank sensor. It took three times to fix the wardroom hanger. Never fix the bath room door jam so door would not keep opening. Never really fix pantry slide. It took four trips to fix leak from slide in bedroom slide. Replace the carpet with carpet the service manger wanted not the customer. Would keep the camper for over a month and still required extra time to fix it. The service manager just did what he wanted not try to fix and keep customer happy. The warranty run out and still never got everything fixed that went wrong with this 5th wheel. I wrote letter to Mr. Sam Abdu and we talked over the phone and did a walk thru but still not satisfied with the work they performed.

Replace microwave oven. This is a result of a generator repair. See previous post. I contacted Mr. Medows by e-mail about the quality of work and service. First thing Monday morning he called my office and told me that was not the kind of service he wanted his company to be known for and asked if I would bring back my coach. I told him that I was concerned that I may never see it again. He over saw the work and we did a personnel walk through when finished. They did a first rate job installing a new oven and reinstalling the trim. I will say the rework was first rate. Mr. Medows is willing to make things right.

Repair Onan gen set It took them over 4 months and two trips back to repair the gen. set. Then, they managed to spike my VCR and microwave. Agreed to replace, I have a black kitchen, they put in a white microwave about 2/3 the size of original, had it bolted down so you could not open the door to the unit. I assume new VCR works since I had to take my RV to another shop to fix the exhaust pipe they claim rusted off, I,m replacing bent brackets on exhaust system, you be the judge.
