I would not take anything to these people. My elderly parents took their motorhome to have gas lines replaced on degenerator. After they got it back the starter for the generator was burned up. 2 weeks later I noticed a large spot underneath it and a strong odor gas. Open the door and gas was everywhere on the tray and dripping from a line. My dad called them it took them a couple of weeks to look at it. Then they charge them almost $200 and said nothing was wrong with it. They said somebody stole the gas out of it. I did not believe this because there's cameras all around this and check daily. There was gas all over the ground all over the plate that the generator sets on. Who charges an elderly person to check to make sure their work was correct. I believe my elderly parents were taking advantage of by this business. I will make sure they do not go back to this business. Please be advised to make sure your elderly parents do not use this business.

Perform refrigerator inspection 11/6/09: Troubleshoot chassis electrical problem 11/4/09: The requested work was performed in a reasonable period of time at what I consider to be an excellent labor rate ($80.50/hour). This business offers personal service (the owner served as my service adviser) and is staffed by trained technicians. Work is of the highest quality. The installation of the shunt was done in such a manner that it appears to be part of the original inverter installation by the vehicle manufacturer. The price charged for the refrigerator inspection was less than half that asked by a leading national RV service chain. The service center offers a clean customer waiting area with Wi-Fi service, coffee and entertainment facilities. 11/6/09: Upon preparing to leave the area, I discovered a malfunction in the chassis brake and turn signal lighting system. I returned to the service location and the problem was attended to after a short wait for the electrical specialist to return from a road call. The problem was diagnosed, repaired and I was able to get on my way in a short period of time. This is the best service facility that I?ve had the opportunity to use during the last two years of full-time RVing. I just wish I could find businesses like this one wherever I travel.

Replaced brake caliper on hydraulic disk brake Brakes quit working on fifth-wheel trailer. They were great to work with and accurate in their estimate of the time and cost to repair.
