Do not use these guys know matter what. They screw everyone they talk too. They have a catch line that they don't do the work until the warranty company pays them or you do. Trust they will get paid you will not be satisfied. Please check out all replies. It has been over a year and we are still waiting. You can reach me at email [email protected] if you want more info.

I would give No Stars if this was an option. Do not use this guy. In July last year, contacted them about a leveling monitor and frig problem on a RV purchased new in 2014. They brought the LCD display panel and replaced it. Had to pay them for that even though I had X ride extended warranty. Was told they would file the claim for the repair and would reimburse me when funds were received. For the Frig, I was told that the cooling unit was bad and I need a new Dometic frig. They filed a claim to X ride saying they replaced the frig as well as the monitor. They were funded $4600 for the repair. In August last year. I have never received a frig or reimbursement for the monitor. I have been given every excuse imaginable from the model was being redesigned due to failure and was out of stock, to we received it and had to ship it back because they could not get a hold of me this past January. Needless to say, I was never called. I contacted Dometic and there has been no redesign and have plenty in stock of all models. Sais it would take a week to arrive from them if ordered then. Last communication with Gulf coats was it was reordered a month ago, but still hasn't arrived. I doubt seriously that it has ever been ordered let alone was shipped back. Just another excuse. DONT USE THEM. They appear to be dishonest and intend on committing Fraud.
