Coach was returned for work not completed in replacing A/C compressor and serpentine belt. When used first time after initial repair, no A/C coming out of vents. While coach was in shop awaiting parts, mechanic disabled auto-gen without plugging coach into 120VAC. Coach batteries died, residential refrigerator food ruined, as well as the inverter dying. I have used this repair facility extensively since their opening about 5-6 years ago. Never had a problem up to this point. It took them over eight weeks to diagnose problem, find the parts, and repair. It took me an additional 15 weeks to get them to share the responsibility for their mechanic's mistake, and only after legal action was threatened. I don't like to provide negative ratings, but this one was earned.

Replaced A/C compressor, serpentine belt, and repaired A/C hose. The work was done quickly and very professionally. They served as an intermediary with the extended warranty company, and did an excellent job.
