I was referred to Good Time by a fellow rv'er who told me they were good but hard to get an appointment with. I contacted 2 other shops and was told my entire a/c needed replacing. When Good Time finally came out he fixed it within 30 minutes and its been working ever since, at a fraction of the cost quoted too.

Very disappointed in Good Time RV. I called Good Time RV to come out and take a look at my 5th wheel while it was still under the factory warranty. The Owner of Good Time RV came out to take a look at what all was wrong, he took notes for what was wrong and parts needed. I was told when he got back to his office they would order the parts and give me a call when they came in to make an appointment with me to come out to repair the RV. 2 months went by never received a call from them so I called them I talked to the manager that ran the office there and was told they would call me back and they should be out to repair my RV within 2 weeks. Another 2 months went by again never received a call from them so I called them back again I talked to the office manager there I was told because of bad weather they were running behind but would be there soon to do the repairs needed on my RV they never called or showed up. I called Good Time RV again and finally was able to talk to the Owner he apologized to me and said that the parts were never ordered that they fired the Office Manager. I explained to him that my factory warranty expired while I was waiting for then to come out to do the repairs. I was told that they take care of me. I never received a call back from the owner as promised. I finally had my 5th wheel taken to Camping World in New Braunfels for the repairs. It cost me a little over $3000.00 for the repairs that would have been covered by the factory warranty. I will not be calling Good Time RV again

I’ve been cheated before by mobile rv repair guys but these people were up front and honest. My fridge quit working and a guy told me I needed a new one, $1800 worth. Good Time rv looked at it, replaces a part and it has worked flawlessly, all for about $300. I would highly recommend them to my fellow rv owners.

I had a problem with my front air conditioner not cooling properly, the dealer said I needed a new one. I stopped Robby in the park and asked him to look at it. He inspected it and said it wasn't sealed properly, fixed it and it has not quit since. He was very professional, knowledgeable and fair in his price. I have used him since and will not use anyone but Good Time RV. He and BJ are great people to work with and keep you informed about your appointment and your service time.
