I was experiencing backfiring and engine misses enroute to campground. Upon a recommendation from one of the maintenance men I made an appointment for the following week. I nursed it to the shop and they diagnosed and repaired within a few hours, I was on the road by about noon after they replaced plugs and wires. I was satisfied with the results. They reviewed the problem with me and told me what they suspected and before dong any work I got the estimate to complete the job. Job was done quickly and efficiently and at the price quoted. This is one of the few Workhorse dealers in the area, not the largest, more of a mom and pop type place.

Chevy P30 chassis. Inspect AutoPark brake, intermittent, won't release in Reverse. Lube chassis. Inspect rear brakes, planning trip to west coast, mountains, need to ensure braking is good. Good and bad. Fast, got started right away on my coach. Couldn't duplicate problem with AutoPark (intermittent problems are that way) added fluid. Repaired/adjusted the manual park brake, and did the chassis lube. Inspection of rear brakes was inadequate. Only looked at main axle disk brakes, did not look at tag axle drums. Said they assumed they were OK since disks were OK. They offered to look as I was leaving, but the point was that I asked for a "brake inspection", not just someone to give visible disks a quick look and say all is fine. This caused me to lose confidence in the shop, so I'll get brakes inspected elsewhere. The work they did do was good.
