I bought the trailer from their location in Murrieta. I had a list of minor stuff to be done under warranty and it was in the shop for two months. It was surprising, once my signature was on the sales contract it seemed that they didn't want to do anything with me or the trailer! They were rude when I asked why it took so long for the repairs to be done (and I was being very nice about the whole situation) If you want to deal with a nice and knowledgeable R.V. shop go to Temecula Valley R.V!! They don't sell R.V.'s and service is there specialty.
