When washing my RV I noticed that there was a large gap in the top of the windshield between the coach and the gasket. It was large enough you could put a finger in the gap and rain actually leaked in the RV before it was repaired. I called Thor and they wanted me to take it to a shop in Southern California which would cost $500 or more in gas. I called Geweke and they assured me they could take care of the problem. My contact at Geweke was Don Silvey who was friendly, pro-active and made sure our windshield was fixed before our scheduled Memorial Weekend trip. The repair cost less than the original estimate and he made sure I had a copy of all emails sent to Thor regarding the repair and took more than 20 photos for me of why the RV had developed the problem and how it was repaired.
