The RV dealership has closed but the RV Parts and service have moved to the Geweke Ford dealership on Hansen Drive. Previous work was fair, purchased my coach there

We were traveling through the grape country, doing some wine tasting and our house batteries went dead. Batteries would not charge from the engine. So we drove over to Geweke and were met with a smile from the service people there and the service manager, Greg, came out to help us. He listened to our problem and opened our battery control center and said he was sure it was the battery disconnect giving our problem. He had his lead tech come out and do a quick test to find that the disconnect was the problem. Greg then brought me in the store to find they had one in stock and so I bought it and replaced it there in their drive (I couldn't see paying someone to loosen some nuts and screws that I could do). Greg gave excellent tech support as well as his service crew. We were back and running in a shorter time than expected. Greg told my wife and I to have a great weekend and so we did. Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable staff! And to repay them for their inexpensive info, I have to promote their labor rate has changed from $125 (how did it ever get so high?!) down to $90 an hour. I appreciate knowing that as long as we keep spending our money here locally, these people will be there when we need them. Thanks again Greg!

5th Wheel Trailer

I bought a brand new 5th Wheel and it needed a number of repairs, toliet/plumbing and an electrical short. Geweke failed to complete the repairs satisfactorily, after a lenghty period of time at the service department, (two weeks). I insisted they repair the electrical properly so that I would not have to continue to blow fuses. They did not. I took it to another repair shop.

We purchased a 4 yr old Class A motorhome from Geweke RV and had many things that needed to be repaired. We also purchased an extended warranty, Thank God. We had work done on problems with the refrigerator, TV, antenna, slide-out, shades, leaky hose, and electrical problems. In the process of having all these deficiencies repaired. We were told the repair was completed, and we would bring it home and the repair was not completed. We would have to take the rig back a minimum of 3 times to have any repair completed. We now bring our rig to another service provider and pay the extended warranty deductible, it is worth the added expense, as we were paying more in gas to bring it back and forth for the same repair. Not to mention they would take two weeks to complete any job and then it would not be done correctly.

Bought rig elsewhere but they did all my warranty work at no cost. Also added steering stabilizer, upgraded rear shocks, had Power Gear hose replaced, water heater replaced, dinette booth rebuilt. I did a poor job with my PDI at Hansels RV in Petaluma. After taking possession I found issues. After a hose leak and needing a better ride, took to Geweke unannounced and on Sat. I was treated EXCELLENT, they went above and beyond what I had asked and rig was delivered on time. Robin (service manager) always called and kept me informed. Great experience and they could have turned me away since I bought elsewhere but did not. They treated me as though I bought from them!

Misc small warranty work, water leak Excellent I have never been treated so well at an RV service center!
