I have owned several campers from a pop up to a 5th wheel, each and every one was purchased at General RV in Brownstown! Everybody there has been wonderful to say the least. Over the years I have worked with the service department numerous times for warranty repairs and usual maintenance items. Most recently I had it in there because a tree fell on the roof of my Wildwood trailer and did an amazing amount of damage. My family was devastated, we love our camper. I really believed there was no way this was repairable, but these guys have proven me wrong! In one word GREAT! I am thrilled with the repairs made by the guys at General RV. They handled everything with my insurance company quickly and professionally, and put my camper back together better then new. Over the past several years these guys have done alot of work for me. I have never left unsatisfied. I would recommend General RV to anyone!

Had it in for the 6th time for the fuel gauge, finally fixed. Always some excuse. Was forth time for the TV antenna being inoperative, still not fixed. Was in 2nd time for water coming up through the slides from the tires when raining. They had it for 1 month. We were leaving for Florida On the 4th of May. We picked it up May 2nd, they were suppose to wash it. Not done the service manager assured me it was washed, he said it was washed when it first came in and got dirty sitting there. The main problem on the way to Florida hit rain in Tennessee we stopped to get something to eat my wife went to the RV to get something. there was 2 inches of water on the floor. My wife came out crying everything was wet. I called General RV the next day and complained, They said there was nothing they could do till I got back from Florida. I won't be back there for a year. Didn't even offer to pay for cleaning. All these problems are well documented no exaggerations. Thanks for reading. SHOTTY AT BEST. I can not believe it is that hard to work on these things. If you can't fix it say you can't fix it. Now I still have to get this problem fixed out of my own pocket.

Axles springs broke took three weeks. Had to replace two tires and in the three weeks they could not find ST tires so they put on truck tires on one side and left ST tires on the other. Tire pressure was 60#, 50# under what thy should be. POOR at best
