Gauthiers RV Center

We had a propane issue on our 2010 Excel. Since there is no Excel dealer in the area the factory asked me to pick a dealer and call for a repair number. I called Gauthier's and they said come over on the 7th and they would work me in. We arrived at the dealer at 8:30 am and was out by 9:30 am. The tech was very efficient and courteous, the work was done, checked and we were on our way. I highly recommend this dealer for repairs.

It's been a year since we had this service work done but I just found this site.......sorry.....better late than never! The slide motor on our Mobile Scout was "clicking" when opening the slide. Called Gauthier's and described my problem and they informed me on the phone that the motor would need to be replaced. They made the appointment for the same week @ 8am. I was on time for the appointment and they technician got to working on it right away. I was back on the road in 20 minutes or less. Great company to deal with. This was the first and only time I have had to bring it back for service and have been treated great at the time we bought it and the one and only trip back for service in over 2 1/2 years of ownership.

Replace the microwave and service central vacuum system. Attitude and performance of warranty service has been excellent. We were treated with the same attention that we were given when we bought the rig from them. A quick turn around time and a thorough job well done. Our experience with them has been very enjoyable.

Replaced slide hydraulic pump, oil reservoir, and adjusted slide. Ceiling fan adjusted. My appointment time and day were met and work was completed in a timely manner. The service manager and crew were polite,very helpful and answered all my questions.
