Met this guy in the rv park we were staying in. Needed some minor repairs. He walked 5 spaces to our location with a cocktail in hand and 3 sheets to the wind. Who shows up to work drunk? He assessed our problem and said "take this to someone who knows what they're doing to be fixed". Then he said "I get $100 for a service call and $125 per hour to fix it". Removed wind unfurled and broken awning in 50 mph winds in heavy rain. Felt like the PERFECT storm. He was fast courteous, knowledgeable and WET!!! Was scary climbing ladder in wind to remove zip dee awning. He did so and together we loaded the awning on his pickup and we were again on our way. FYI he spends summers in Estes park, Co and was leaving for there the next week.

Repair malfunctioning Aqua-Hot heater Competent, accurate and on time. Gary kept me informed about everything he was doing. He gave me options and suggestions. His rate was very fair. He is very honest and has good diagnostic skills.

AquaHot annual maintenance, replace nozzle and clean burner chamber, replace fuel pump, replace photo eye plate. Only took 1.5 hours and worked as good as new. Gary is very personable and provides mobile services in a timely manner.
