Evaluating problem with Big Foot leveling system. We were recommended this facility by the manufacturer of Big Foot because they sell and install the system. When they looked at it, they needed us to tell them how to operate it and then couldn't come up with any credible explanation of the problem. They did only rudimentary examination that we could see and, despite the fact that tech support for the manufacturer had told us pretty definitely what the problem was, the service tech, who we were later told was the owner, didn't even bother to take off the part and check it. They finally said the only thing they could think of was a bad control board so, at our expense, they ordered a new control board overnighted. When the new board was installed, it didn't solve the problem so we took our old one back and negotiated a payment for the cost of the overnight shipping and minimal labor time. They seemed clueless about the system but didn't have the courtesy to say they really didn't have that much experience. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, although they were willing to negotiate a reduced payment which saved me much money.

Get an estimate. Went to get an estimate. After about an hour, They said I could leave 5th wheel there and do shopping into town while they wait for a response from the manufacturer. No problem. But after about 4 hours, when we returned, our RV was gone. When asked what happen, the serviceman said, they haven't seen it. Until someone later said we got it! The serviceman replied "Ah why did you tell them, I was having fun with em". We weren't happy. Turn out to be, they took our 5th wheel in for service, thinking it was another that needed service? Then when they brought ours back (hope they didn't do anything to it) the boards and chalks were missing. After about 20 minutes of trying to get help, a worker treated us like we were idiots, opened up the LP compartment and the boards were there. Then when we tried to hook up, the front jacks were too low, even after extending them all the the way. So back we go, with still everyone trying to avoid us. After finally going into the showroom and screaming for the manager, we got help. What bugs us most, is that they could only give excuses for their stupidity, but not once an apology. Don't go to this place, the service people are rude and stupid, could imagine what kind of service I would get if I had them TRY TO fix something.. NO THANKS

Warranty work on furnace and fresh water system. Purchase RV new and most all warranty work was not completed to our satisfaction. They basically could not or would not fix things. We had to take our RV to another dealer when it was out of warranty to repair properly the things we asked them to do, so it cost us out of our own pocket.
