Contrary to a previous reviewer I had a good experience with an alignment issue. Fryda Freightliner could not ascertain why RV was pulling to the right using their alignment equipment due to the size of my motorhome (40 footer) so they referred be to Fairfield Auto and Truck which had the equipment necessary to check the alignment properly. Fayda said they could not in good conscience charge me for a service they were unable to provide satisfactorily. I have had other work performed at this service center with excellent results. They spent additional uncharged time to work with the national Freightliner warranty center to get work covered. They could have just said it was not covered and charged me for the repairs. I was very appreciative.

Alternator replacement (warranty) Our alternator failed while driving southbound through Ohio on I-75, during a family trip. Called chassis manufacturer's (Freightliner) customer service as we continued to drive, and was referred to Fyda in Sharonville, which was approximately 40 miles ahead. Called Fyda to get directions advise them we were inbound, as well as what the observed problem was. They had the bus in the shop within an hour, despite no appointment. Alternator failure was confirmed and when no rebuilt replacement was found to be available quickly, Fyda arranged receipt of a NEW replacement via overnight shipment. Fyda charged coach batteries so it would function properly for an overnight stay in their parking lot, and then installed the new alternator when it arrived the next morning. They had us back on the road with just a 26 hour delay due to the failure and our unplanned service stop.

Alignment Diesel pusher with 5000 miles had badly worn tires. Refused to warranty the alignment. Claimed nothing was wrong with coach but could not offer an explanation as to why the tires wore so badly. They claimed to be working with Michelin to resolve the issue but after 2 weeks and countless excuses, I yanked it out of there.
