To make a very long story short I had a problem with my lifter system and it would not open the roof. I went back to the dealer I purchased from and they kept my camper for 6.5 weeks and were giving me the run around and various stories about doing the warranty work. After deciding to call Fretz to see if they could get the parts and do the job so that I could go on vacation, I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Anne who told me if I could get the camper to them they could fix it in a day. Sure enough I was able to get the camper to them and received a phone call at the end of the day indicating that the roof lifters were fixed! What my dealer could not or would not do Fretz did in a day. Not only that but they saved Jayco a customer. In addition they spotted other problems that needed attention, and yes you guessed it, fixed all of them. I would say the only regret I have after all of this is that I didn?t buy from them and take it there for my repairs. Kudos to Anne and her team it is truly nice to know there are people who not only do what they say they will but also do it well! Thanks for your outstanding work and most importantly keeping your word!

Picked up new unit, had some alterations done on the spot as a result of the PDI. The dealer was on the phone immediately with the manufacturer, and within 1 hour had work authorized and completed! They genuinely wanted to please me. Excellent! I can't say enough about this dealership. In my opinion, the best dealership in the PA/MD/VA area.

Class C

Warranty work. Although I did not purchase my class C at Fretz, I have taken it there 2 times for various warranty work. The work was professionally done. Ann Mayberry, the service manager was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Very pleasant and easy to work with. I normally do not make recommendations, but this facility is high above other places I have experienced. Give Ann a call at 215-723-3121, ext. 118. No, I have no financial interest in Fretz RV.

Class A - Diesel

Two days before our first cross-country trip discovered both chassis and coach batteries would not charge. Troubleshooting discovered the Battery Control Module was faulty. The Fretz team was great! They had to order the part from Fleetwood and have it overnighted - they had us take the motorcoach home to finish outfitting it for the trip. We returned to their shop on the day of our underway and the Fretz technicians drove to the FedEx terminal to retrieve the new module, returned to the shop, installed the part and tested it completely. We did not loose a single minute on our trip. Great professionals - great people! Outstanding work - the inverter compartment looked better than when it was turned over to them.

Warranty work, minor adjustments Excellent service at this place of business. Their customer service is off the charts! When we brought the unit in they treated us like we had a $300,000 motor coach. Since we came a distance they went out of their way to get the job done promptly so that we could be on our way. Anne and her crew are tops! She even offered to come back to the shop to make sure we were all set even though it was past her scheduled time there. She said "I'll come back as I don't live that far away" I was flabbergasted that they were so attentive. Before we left they fine tuned a few other items we hadn't noted where a lesser dealership would have told us to reschedule.
