Identified burnt wire connection in inverter. Repaired and described the problem. Strongly recommend. They were prompt, professional and courteous. Say Hello to Kate (cookie lady & front desk).

Work done on new Wedgewood oven, pilot light would not stay lit. Dealer gave excellent info over the phone as to how the work was to proceed, able to have the oven parts replaced at no cost to us. I feel this dealer goes the extra mile when possible, we did not buy from him. Work done on time and David knows his way around the RV repair industry. They are a service place not a dealer and he was able to contact Wedgewood, gave us his parts off the shelf. Very willing to share info and point out some things I was doing wrong, took the time to show me.

Back jack was not working. Looked it over got it fixed and charged me for min. charge $40 Canadian. They were friendly and honest in there assessment of job. Excellent
