Warranty work I just bought my RV from Family RV, and the buying process was horrible. They lie to you every chance they get. They will say anything to get a sale. And when it came to get work done they told me over the phone to come on in. Drove 3 hours to get there only to be turned away. I tell everyone NEVER to deal with Family RV
5th Wheel Trailer

The frame brackets holding the water tank on my 2003 Rage'n 5th-wheel had broken. I took it to Family RV for this to be fixed under warranty. Rich the service manager was great. He contacted the factory, which designed a new heavier bracket. The new assembly was installed by Rich. I've purchased two RVs from Family and have had all work performed by Rich and crew.
