5th Wheel Trailer

Hit a unmarked humped RR crossing. Several thousand miles later noticed our tires were wearing wrong on our trailer, so had our axles and hubs checked. Was told the axles were bent and needed to be replaced plus two hubs needed replaced. Joey said we should call our insurance company on it. It took a while to get the okay from the insurance company for them to do the job. Joey and Hector were excellent to work with. Also we have a 25 ft semi truck and a 35 ft camper trailer. Easy in and out of their shop. Since we live full-time in our trailer, Joey worked with us so we didn't have to leave our trailer there overnight. Everyone who worked there were very friendly to us.

Replaced: exhaust system, water pump, thermostat, belts, fan clutch, etc. Performed tune-up, oil change and misc. other routine maintenance. Very professional, courteous service. Kept in touch by phone and let me know about problems that arose, discussed repair/replace options before proceeding--much appreciated. Despite the name, they are a large, full-service auto/truck/RV repair facility...but with "family-style" customer service. Highly recommended.
