Front end alignment on my motorhome and complete tune up. They were great, I was on the road and developed a real problem. I was told by Monaco that Evergreen was the best service center in the area and they were right, not only did they get me back on the road, they got me out of there the same day at a fair price. The sales staff graciously showed my wife the new Monaco Motorhomes and escorted us to their lovely Activity Center to wait in complete comfort. Go see these nice folks and tell them Jerry and Gracie sent you!

Replace 3 month old Magnum Inverter that died on my 2007 Monaco DP. Based on the previous reviews, I went in with the attitude that I had to stay at the dealership the entire time they had my coach and look over their shoulder at everything they did. I was able to get an appointment within 4 days of calling. The tech diagnosed the problem immediately and Evergreen immediately contacted Monaco for authorization to replace the inverter. After I pressed the Service Writer to push Monaco for an immediate answer, he stayed on the phone until he got the authorization. Within an hour, Evergreen found that they had an identical inverter in inventory and within 3 hours I was on the road again. I was allowed to look over the tech's shoulder during the entire installation. He did not say much but obviously knew his business. The service writer stayed right on the job and knew what the tech was doing. I am not sure if my diligence made the difference, or new people are working at Evergreen now, or I just got lucky that it was a slow day, but I was very pleased with the people and the service at Evergreen.

I stopped in at Evergreen RV on Jan 3rd to order parts for an Awning repair. Parts were to be shipped the next day for delivery on Monday. I arrived at dealership for service Monday morning and was told that the parts would not be there until Wednesday. I then asked them where can I park since I checked out of my campground in Austin and they told me that it would be $20.00 per night and I told them I will not pay because of their mistake. On Wednesday the parts arrived and the "Mechanic" started to do his deal. I wrote down the start and finish time which came to an hour. I then inspected his work and seen that he "Forgot" to install the other parts that were in the box. It took him another 30 minutes to correct his "Oversight" and the service adviser came up to me, asked if everything was done and I approved the work. We then walked to the cashier and she gave me the bill. They were charging me 2 hours of labor. I then told the adviser that I do not pay for mistakes and his response was that they charge for billable hours. I told him I will only pay for actual hours and not the oversight of the mechanic. I agreed to pay 1 hour only and stood my ground and he reluctantly told the cashier to reduce the charge and stormed off. I rate the service poor and the quality poor because of the failure to properly order the part to be shipped promptly and the requirement that I look over the work of a "Qualified" mechanic and then to deal with the overcharge. I was in to the second week of my trip and because of this problem and other commitments I had to skip Big Bend National Park.

Replace leaking chassis A/C condenser under Workhorse chassis warranty. Avoid this dealer at all costs. Leaking condenser had been diagnosed by local certified service. Took it to Evergreen for authorized chassis warranty service. Evergreen diagnosed problem as leaking valve, not under chassis warranty and charged me $500 for service. When I went to pick the motorhome up after 2 weeks, the A/C was not working. They diagnosed as leaking condenser and replaced. total time in shop 5 weeks. Evergreen is no longer a authorized Workhorse repair center.

Had main and slide awnings replaced. Clogged toilet. Main awning was an insurance claim. Slide awning was worn out and needed replacement. Had a call Evergreen RV for assistance when main awning unfurled in wind. Showed right up and provided excellent help. Slide awning was worn our so we decided to replace it also. No problems, work done on time. We keep an good attitude and smile a lot so our problems are small.

I did not know of this site or would have reported earlier. Went in because of inverter problem.. Kept the coach about 3 months, called me several times regarding new problems, ie, burnt up microwave, would not start, etc..I had insurance and told them to fix..over $3000 later I was called to pick up coach, found it running on drive...now I know why, as coach would not start if you turned it off..contacted them several times, asked to speak to owner...never got a call...Monaco rep told me that they burned everything up as they did not disconnect when removing old inverter... they did nothing except put in some new parts and charge me... would never, ever go back to them for anything..I hope that this saves someone some money, avoid these guys at all costs or you will be sorry..
