I found a soft spot in the floor and my wife said it had "always been there", and thought it was normal. The unit was out of warranty by 2 months.
The service manager told me he always has to fight with the manufacturers to get permission to do warranty work, but "would do the dance" with
them and try to get me taken care of.
I called after a few days to find out how things were going. The service manager said they found water had gotten to a floor brace and rotted it
away, and damaged the sub floor. He told me "Don't worry, I'm still dealing with the manufacturer, but there won't be any charge to you and it
should be finished up later today." I picked it up on 11/29/2013 and was only asked to sign the repair order. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
