We had an issue with our slides not going in and called Echo Tech. We were on a timeline and Jessica was able to get us a timely spot the same day . She was very pleasant and understanding of our situation. She explained the charges we could incur. We ended up not needing the mobile technician as we resolved our issue on our own. However, the service she provided in the time frame we gave her was exemplary.
