Advice changing Transynd transmission fluid. Randy offered info that Allison revised change intervals. The filter change now is 50,000 miles, and the Transynd fluid change is 150,000 miles. Randy advised buy the $8.00 filter over the counter when I stop by and they would put it on for me. I wanted to have the Transynd changed per old interval standard. It was not necessary per above information. I had the initial warranty filter changed at Diesel Power Supply. They are an outstanding reputable and competent company. They are the ones to get my transmission service business. Estimate to change Transynd fluid $200-$225.

Broken rate shape tube (high pressure fuel line). Diesel Power did an excellent job of temporarily repairing this fuel line on my 2001 ISC Cummins. In addition they followed up after the repair more than once and offered a permanent fix on my return trip. If you are ever in or around Waco, TX and need solid diesel help, don't hesitate to call these folks!

5k Allison Transmission Service. Excellent. No Appointment was necessary. Arrived, got the motorhome in the bay and completed service within 30 minutes. Price charged was price quoted. Reasonable price, experienced shop. I will return for future service.
