They were the rudest people I have ever met, I had an appointment at 9am. The lady told me to have it there by that time so it would taken care of that day. I had explained I had a big list and only a week to get it done, she told me no problem. I had someone drop it off before 9 and they told her they would try to look at this week but could not guarantee it, this was on Tuesday. I called and the lady put me on the phone with a guy who when I asked him when it would be looked at, started yelling at me and telling me he didn't have a crystal ball and it would be looked at when they could. I told him I was not sure what I said to upset him but I was just concerned that it would be done in 9 days like I had told them when I made the appointment. He told me he couldn't say that it would even be looked at by then and if I didn't like his attitude to come pick it up. Which I immediately did. The woman and guy are either so over worked they just explode on people or have other issues. I would NEVER GO THERE.

Dan Fixed my dash after a company called Ameriglass totally demolished it while doing a glass install. Dan is very thorough and an excellent repair tech. If you are ever in Napa look him up. Great job.

I've relied on Dan for several years and two RVs and he is so helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to explain options that I've even driven 450 miles from Riverside to Napa for his help. Excellent at everything you might need. A great family owned business. Great at analyzing the source of the problem before jumping in yet quick at completing repairs. His maintenance servicing of my frig, water heater, etc. has enabled me to count on instant response when I start to use them.
