Seal Tech roof, install new skylight Repair estimate of three small leaks was absurd. Estimated 400 dollars was declined and I did it myself in fifteen minutes. Installation of new skylight had to be repeated because they stretched out the rubber roof so bad I wouldn't accept it. When I did get it back it took me two hours to scrub black footprints and spilled sealant off the roof. I should have known better.

Seasonal work, annual pm's on engine and chassis plus the motor coach itself. Air filter change. Repair day and night shades, installed additional 12 volt outlets in front, repaired solar panel, repaired awning, washed unit and resealed roof, shampooed carpets and cleaned inside. Also installed Rock Guard. Repositioned Satellite Radio Antenna. Had a lot of work accomplished, its about three years old and its only had minor, oil change, etc. About the only thing they didn't complete was to replace one Day and Night shade. They did a great job in finding things wrong, and correcting them and keeping in informed all the way. Buying the Annual PM was the cost effective way to go. The work itself was excellent, but they can do a little better in providing a realistic completion date. There is a lot of factors that play into that "When will it be ready?" question and they haven't mastered it. Given the amount of work completed, even with the PM package, it was a little pricey but then this is a watershed problem, I've been in areas that no one could do the repair, they should have a volume discount in addition. The work and dedication of staff is very good.

SLIDE GEAR WAS BROKEN WHILE STILL ON FACTORY WARRANTY THIS TRAILER HAS BEEN IN THEIR SHOP 7 MONTHS OUT OF MY 2 YEAR WARRANTY THEY ORDERED THE WRONG GEAR 3 TIMES AND IT TOOK 4 MONTHS TO DO SO WE WERE UNABLE TO USE OUR SLIDE FOR 4 MONTHS THEY WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS THE 4 MONTHS WAITING FOR SLIDE PARTS DOES NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE 7 MONTHS IN THEIR SHOP NOT 1 TIME OUT OF 10 OR MORE TIMES THE TRAILER WAS IN THEIR SHOP THAT IT WAS NOT RETURNED TO FIX THE SAME THING 1 TIME THEY EVEN LEFT THE PIN BOX LOOSE NOT 1 TIME WAS I SATISFIED AND DID NOT HAVE TO RETURN THE RIG TWICE WE DID NOT MAKE IT OFF THEIR LOT VERY FRUSTRATING TO MANY PROBLEMS TO MENTION IT FELLS GOOD THAT THE WARRANTY IS FINALLY OVER.
