Curtis Trailers, Inc.

Warranty work on refrigerator, repair work on fender, replacement of TV antenna, repair of leaky shower, general annual service on brakes, bearings, electrical. We are on our second trailer from Curtis. We have had both warranty and regular service done on our trailers, the most recent, our newly purchased 5th wheel. Curtis has two different locations, our location is on the WEST side of town. Different people, different service managers, therefore, I can NOT speak for the EAST side location. The west side store has the husband/wife team of Jim and Linda Henderson. Very nice people, very accommodating, very professional. Always have given us great service, in spite of myself being a "picky" person. We have friends who have also bought from the WEST side store, and have been happy as well. We actually are on our third trailer, but the second one (Montana) was purchased elsewhere, as Curtis didn't handle the line at that time. They do now, and that's why we bought our new one there. Even though we had NOT bought our second unit at Curtis, we had it repaired and serviced there, with NO problems. Our sales rep, Dean Williams, always makes sure we are well taken care of too. In all, we personally would recommend Curtis (WEST side store) to anyone. They also include a class on operating/maintaining your trailer if you guy one from them.
