General Warranty Issues Service manager lied about scheduling. Gave advice contrary to Jayco Tech Support. Took repeat visits to get items corrected.

My A/C compressor went bad and Carrier arrange for over night shipping to Crain RV Their work was excellent and they started at the appointment time. The staff was very nice to us and our cat as we waited for it to be changed.
