The sales manager read my Google review about them not fixing my awning that they said they would fix. The awning has a rip in it and it does not close correctly. The sales manager said that they fixed it. It still has a rip in it but oh it has a piece of tape on it that is falling off. He said that the work order said to fix it not replace it. They did not fix anything on the truck camper. We were told that anything that was not cosmetic would be fixed. They didn't do anything to the truck camper that I can tell. They refused to fix the crack in the rubber lining for the front entry. Water will get in the crack and make damage so how's that cosmetic? The cover to the outdoor plug for the TV is held on by tape and they didn't even notice or fix it. The sales manager said that's what the walk around is for. Everything was supposed to be fixed before the walk around. The walk around is to show you how to use the camper. We were told that everything would be fixed before the walk around. That's why they had to keep it for at least a week or two before we could pick it up so that they could fix things. But they didn't fix anything. The shower door for the outside shower is warped. The point is that you need to be very careful that you say how they're going to fix things like replace the awning fabric and be sure that it is closing correctly and lining up correctly. That is the only correct fix that I know of. I guess their idea of a fix is to slap a piece of tape on it and ignore all of the other nickel and dime things that need to be corrected. I'm not concerned about the nickel and dime stuff. I am just pointing it out to show that they did not fix anything much less what they were supposed to fix with the awning. A piece of tape is falling off is not a fix. The awning is still ripped and it still doesn't close correctly. I was hoping that they would correct their dishonesty but no they're just like used car salesmen. I would not shop from them if they were the last RV dealer on the planet.
