We have had our RV at Corbin's for and extended period of time and still do not have is repaired. They have repeatedly promised to provide us with update status reports and failed. We have repeatedly sent emails requesting the updates, we have called them repeatedly over reasonable periods of time for updates. Each time they have promised to follow-up with status update and call us .."tomorrow" or" next Friday" or the "following Monday" or "as soon as the tech gives them the update." We have even made about 6 visits to the shop to get updates, there is always a lot of "reasons" but no progress. We had high hopes that this would be taken care of in a reasonable manner and were assured by staff that they would follow-up. What kind a rating can you give them? Our initial hopes were that we would have given them a five star...I don't even feel that a single star has been earned yet that is all that I can provide that relates to our experiences so far.

Replace wiring and plumbing. One star is way more than these guys deserve!! Stay away!! These guys are scam artists. No one in the building knows what's going on. Any questions you ask will have several different answers. Your bill will be higher every time you check. We found the parts at half of what they were charging and this caused the owner, Mike Corbin to start yelling and talking to us in a way that just blew my mind. I'm the customer and you're yelling at me? This should be no surprise though, the owners son (Mike Jr.) will tell you to your face that "the customer is rarely right in this business" and he will "stand behind that". They found a way to slip the money we saved on the parts back into the bill by jacking up the labor costs and charging you for things they said there would be no charge for.. They do work you do not authorize, their shop looks like a junk store. The owner will yell at you, talk over you, interrupt you, treat you with absolutely no respect. If they tell you they will call you back, don't hold your breath. If they tell you they will meet you at a certain time forget it, they will be 45 minutes late. Your vehicle will not be ready when they say it will, the first time, the second time or the third time. They charged us $20 for caulk and two hours labor to caulk seven little windows. Labor is $125 and hour and this guy is angry that we saved on the parts. They will tell you they are doing things for free and then they show up on the bill. These guys are as dishonest as they come. Oh and by the way their huge dog will jump all over you when you come in the door and the other one will growl at you. If you want to be treated with total disrespect, price gouged, lied to, and scammed by a totally unprofessional business go to Corbin's RV, you won't be disappointed on any count. I'll update this once I get a chance to check out my rv. I fully expect to have to take these guys to court for doing a crap job.

Adjust slider on the motorhome, oil change, grease and replace filters. This company specializes in motor home repair and is very good in what they do. They were kind enough to let us come in early and spend the night in our motor on their property as we are full timers. The repairs the next morning were done quickly and in the highest quality. They also gave us good tips on maintaining our motor home. We were treated very well at Centreport RV and feel great that we found this place as we travel around our country. We would gladly recommend Centreport to anyone looking for a quality repair facility.

Driver side rear slide-out adjustment, rear slide out switch replacement, rear left brake light sporadically do not function, and replace lock on fill water door. On short notice they were able to get everything completed and where possible they fixed existing items, lock, instead of just replacing them. My usual RV service place could not see me until mid-August. Centreport RV got me in the next day and had professionally repaired everything at a much lower cost than I was used to paying. They have earned a repeat customer which I highly recommend to everyone in the Northern Virginia area. Great mechanics and great customer service!

Repack wheel bearings and adjust brakes, lube slide, replace wiring pigtail, fix Dometic refrigerator under recall. I just wanted to give a heads up to everyone about Centreport RV in Fredericksburg (actually Stafford)Virginia. Due to space constraints at it's old location in Woodbridge, they just recently opened in Stafford at the site of the former Potomac Creek RV (which was formerly Fredericksburg RV). They currently offer consignment vehicles and have a full service repair facility that is fast and cheaper than most. I had called my local dealer for an appointment for my Dometic refrigerator recall mod and was told they were taking appointments 5 weeks out. I called Centreport and asked them and was advised to bring it right in - they had the mod kits on hand. While I was there I had them repack the wheel bearing, adjust the brakes and lube the slide at their hourly rate of $95.00 (compared to $109.00 at our local Camping World). My trailer would have been ready within 3 days if I hadn't also asked them to replace the wiring pigtail and one of the side marker lights (items had to be ordered). Once the parts came in - they were installed the same day. It certainly is a nice change of pace to get service in days rather than weeks - especially in prime camping season.
