Trouble shoot and repair shore power cord and power reel. Performed recall work on NORCOLD Refrigerator. I called the night before to inquire if I could get an electrical problem looked at the next morning as we are fulltime RVers. Samantha said service department was closed but she would leave a note for them and to have my rig there at 8AM. Jim met me at the entrance and immediately got me in. The service was performed in record time at a very reasonable price. When I got back to my campsite I learned of a NORCOLD recall, because of the great treatment at Collier RV I called Samantha and told her of my problem. She got my information and promptly ordered the parts. When the parts arrived she notified me to bring the RV in the next morning. Repairs were done to standard. The courteous treatment and friendly service administered by Samantha and James are commendable. Both repairs were completed and I was out of there in less than an hour of my arrival.

Replacement of a blown-out slide topper. Accomplished concurrent with warranty replacement of coach batteries. Jim was very helpful. I'd scheduled in advance for the battery replacement but had the failure of the slide topper en-route to the dealership. Jim quickly coordinated a change out of the topper so I wouldn't have to do without it on our trip the next day. I was very pleased with the customer care and workmanship of Jim and the Collier team.

Fixed magnet in brake. Replaced broken chair. New door. Told them what the problem was w/brake and they found it and fixed it. Replaced broken chair. Also called and had manufacture send us a new door even though we were out of warranty. Everything was done and we were 100% satisfied.

Recall on seat belt, new bedroom window, leak under bathroom sink. Took the recall notice to them in Oct of 2005 they had to order wall paper and order the replacement window. Did not hear from them until I called in Jan 06. Evidently there had been a total turn over in the service dept. Other than the length of time between contacting them and actually getting the work done, the work was done very well , the service dept kept me up to date with phone calls to tell me the status of the work done. I am very satisfied.

To resolve a number of items that were outstanding when we purchased this used unit from them. In addition to the delivery list, there were new items added, and some training issues for us. We were double billed for some of the parts (unbeknown to us. We found out when they refunded us the funds). Not all of the work was done to our satisfaction. Some of the items were not addressed at all due to the appropriate resource not being available (despite us having the appointment scheduled).
